Which of these speaking practice tools would you use?
Quick 2-minute poll. Your input helps me choose what to create next.
Your ideas could shape my next project
Since my recent book release, which focused on the why behind my method of accent modification, I’ve been busy creating the how to do it side of things. These include: detailed speech feature descriptions, examples that need audio/video, and practice exercises. I also want to offer some ways to give feedback to people on their speech as they practice.
Before I got too deep into creating what I thought you’d find helpful, I made a quick 5-question poll to see which formats you’d actually want—things like:
Consistent practice prompts
Audio/video lessons
Options for getting feedback on your speech
Courses or self-study resources
…and anything else you think would help
It’s short (two minutes max) and your answers will help me decide what to create next.
Expanding Options
The timing of this is taking place at a time where international students, employees, and employers are having a hard time predicting what the very near future will be like, even just month to month. It’s getting more and more difficult to know if jobs will be offered, continued, or discontinued. Research funding and grants have never been more unpredictable. All budgets are being carefully reviewed from the biggest to smallest companies.
I will always offer my one-to-one speech coaching, but I know not everyone has the ability to commit to a minimum of three months working together. What else can I offer to help people work more independently and also provide consistency in small steps that I know builds towards longer term progress? That’s what I’ve put in the poll - options for ways to learn and practice.

I’d really appreciate you taking a couple of minutes to choose some options on this poll and to offer ones I haven’t even thought of.
